$130.00 for the initial evaluation/$120.00 each additional session
$140.00 for couples initial session/$130.00 each additional session

Payment
We accept Cash, Checks and Credit cards accepted. Please make all payments out to: Dr. Erik Schmitt. All payments are due at time of service.
If you are insured by a managed care company not listed above, your plan may include out of network benefits. We will be happy to provide you a Statement of Services so that you may seek reimbursement from your insurance company.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged for the full rate of the session.
